Missy is the best! She helped us prepare and sell both my mom’s primary residence and an investment condo. She is organized, motivated, and an excellent problem solver. No matter the issue, Missy either had a solution herself or knew trustworthy professionals who could help. My sister and I both live out of the area, so having someone like Missy there to coordinate all the moving parts of these sales was absolutely crucial. We would have made very little forward progress without her. She accomplished in days what would have taken us months on our own. Thanks to her hard work and expertise, we received asking price or above asking price offers on both properties. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend Missy!

We will always be grateful for Missy L'Hoste and her team. Our home had been listed for over 6 months with another agent and we never even received an offer. The only suggestions ever made were to make price reductions. We finally decided to make some changes when our listing was about to expire and Missy was one of the agents that we chose to interview. Her unique perspective on how to market our home so that the "right" buyer would see it and her never ending dedication to "get the job done" was the combination we needed. We did not need a price reduction... we just needed someone who would do more than put our home on the mls and put a sign in the yard. Anyone can do that. It takes someone with the ability to think out of the box to get the job done sometimes. Thank you Missy and Team. You guys are amazing!
