We will always be grateful for Missy L'Hoste and her team. Our home had been listed for over 6 months with another agent and we never even received an offer. The only suggestions ever made were to make price reductions. We finally decided to make some changes when our listing was about to expire and Missy was one of the agents that we chose to interview. Her unique perspective on how to market our home so that the "right" buyer would see it and her never ending dedication to "get the job done" was the combination we needed. We did not need a price reduction... we just needed someone who would do more than put our home on the mls and put a sign in the yard. Anyone can do that.
